Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as checks. Pre-qualified customers will be invoiced with “net 15” terms. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be assessed on all late payments. A $20.00 charge will be assessed on checks drawn on accounts with insufficient funds. Sales tax added for purchases in California.

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts available for purchases of multiple units from the same business. Units may ship to each physical location of the business, but must be from the same company and paid together.  You must declare the physical location of each AED.


Privacy Policy

We value our relationship with our customers. We will not sell or distribute your information to third parties with the exception of providing required information to our physician partners to obtain your free medical prescription. Superior AED is contracted with a nationwide network providing CPR and AED certification courses and will only provide your information to these resources if you specifically request.


Shipping/Handling Policy

All orders are shipped either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground to either business or residential addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Free ground shipping is available within the contiguous United States on all orders over $99.  For shipping rates on orders below $99, please call for pricing. Rates based on zip code and weight of package.


Return Policy

Any item (within its original, unopened box and packaging and in a condition which may be sold as new) which is returned to our office within thirty (30) days after the order was made is eligible for a refund (excluding any shipping and handling fees).  A 3% restocking fee will apply.  Please call (866) 559-9233 to inform us that you will be returning an item before shipping it back to us to receive a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number. Please reference this RMA number on the shipping label.  Any return received without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee. We are sorry that we cannot accept returns on opened packages of electrodes, batteries, or any other item received in non-saleable condition. Superior AED recommends that when you ship your return, you obtain a tracking number and insure your return as Superior AED holds no responsibility for your returned product until it is received in our office.

If you receive an order that is incorrect or in damaged condition, please contact Superior AED immediately. If you ordered incorrectly, please call to obtain a RMA for your return provided directly by the manufacturer of your AED.

All automated external defibrillators (AEDs) sold by Superior AED include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service and technical support questions are provided directly by the manufacturer of your AED.
