Any item that is not special order (within its original, unopened box and packaging and in a condition which may be sold as new) which is returned to our office within thirty (30) days after the order was made is eligible for a refund (excluding any shipping and handling fees). A 5% restocking fee will apply. Please call (866) 559-9233 FREE to inform us that you will be returning an item before shipping it back to us to receive a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number. We are sorry that we cannot accept returns on opened packages of electrodes, batteries, or any other item received in non-saleable condition. If you receive an order that is incorrect or in damaged condition, please contact Superior AED immediately. If you ordered incorrectly, please call to obtain a RMA for your return provided directly by the manufacturer of your AED.
